Webshop software CCVshop
Our webshop is developed with software from CCVshop. Personal data that you make available to us for our services is shared with this party. CCVshop has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. CCVshop is obliged, based on the agreement we have with them, to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. CCVshop uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, but no personal data is collected and/or stored. CCVshop reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to further improve its services.
Web hosting
We use web hosting and email services from transip. Transip processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Transip has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Transip is obliged to maintain confidentiality under the agreement.
Email and mailing lists
For our regular business email traffic, we use the services of transip. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Transip has no access to our mailbox, and we handle all our email traffic confidentially.
Payment processors
For handling (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the platform of Klarna. Klarna processes your name, address, and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Klarna has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Klarna reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in this context, share (anonymized) data with third parties. Klarna shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies if you apply for a deferred payment (credit facility). All the aforementioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Klarna's services for which they engage third parties. Klarna does not retain your data longer than permitted by legal terms.
Reviews
We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. Billing and accounting
To keep our administration and accounting records, we use the services of CCV Shop. We share your name, address, residence details, and order details. Purpose of data processing
General purpose of processing
We use your data solely for our services. That means the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. We retain your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means we keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation to the email address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.

You always have the right to have the data that we (have) processed and that relates to your person or can be traced back to you carried out by another party. You can make a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies or transcripts of all data about you that we have processed or that have been processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties to the email address known to us.
